Your privacy is critical to us. We have designed the AI Detector Application from the ground up to respect the privacy of your documents, photos, and personal information.
Core Principles
- No Public Accounts: Image and text analysis does not require registration. We do not store raw IP addresses. Short-lived, daily rotating pseudonymous hashes are used in operational security logs and cannot be used to recover the original address.
- No Training: Your uploaded images and text documents are never used to train or improve our detection algorithms or sent to third-party model providers for training.
- Ephemeral Processing: Uploads may be written to a private temporary file while local models inspect them. The temporary file is deleted immediately after the response, including when processing fails.
Result Sharing & Data Persistence
If you explicitly choose to generate a Share Link for an AI image analysis result, we will temporarily store the compressed version of the image and its corresponding JSON analysis result in our database.
- The image is optimized (reduced in quality and resolution) to preserve server space.
- An anonymous URL ID is generated for the report. No user data is attached to this ID.
- Automatic Expiration (TTL): A scheduled cleanup script aggressively deletes both the database record and the physical image file from our servers after 6 hours. Following this period, the shared link will permanently expire and the data is unrestorable.
Operational Logs & Analytics
For abuse prevention and reliability we retain the requested API endpoint, success status, processing duration, a shortened user-agent value and a daily rotating pseudonymous visitor hash for up to 30 days.
The Google tag loads with analytics storage denied. Before permission, Google Analytics may receive
cookieless consent-state and measurement signals, but analytics cookies and browser identifiers
remain disabled. If you choose Allow analytics, we process
navigation, referrer, campaign, browser and device information and Google Analytics may set
identifiers such as the _ga cookie. Network requests to Google necessarily disclose the
requesting IP address to Google. Uploaded images, documents and detector results are never sent to
Google Analytics.
Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain disabled. You can reject or withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics events and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. We store your preference locally in your browser so we can remember it. Third-Party Services
The AI Detector processes uploaded content on the service's local backend infrastructure. We do not rely on third-party inference APIs (such as OpenAI, Google Vision, or Azure) to run inference on your files, and uploads are not sent to those providers.
If analysis by URL is enabled and you explicitly submit a public image URL, our server must contact that host to retrieve the image. Direct file upload avoids that external request.
GDPR Statement
We minimize data, use it only for providing and securing the service, and apply the retention periods described above. A shared report can be deleted before its automatic expiration by contacting the service operator and providing its report identifier. Applicable data-subject rights are not waived by this notice.
