Your privacy is critical to us. We have designed the AI Detector Application from the ground up to respect the privacy of your documents, photos, and personal information.
Core Principles
- No Accounts: We do not ask for, collect, or store personal identifiers like your name, email address, or IP address. Everything remains anonymous.
- No Training: Your uploaded images and text documents are never used to train or improve our detection algorithms or sent to third-party model providers for training.
- Ephemeral Processing: By default, files are processed strictly in RAM. Files are deleted immediately after the analysis result is returned to your browser.
Result Sharing & Data Persistence
If you explicitly choose to generate a Share Link for an AI image analysis result, we will temporarily store the compressed version of the image and its corresponding JSON analysis result in our database.
- The image is optimized (reduced in quality and resolution) to preserve server space.
- An anonymous URL ID is generated for the report. No user data is attached to this ID.
- Automatic Expiration (TTL): A scheduled cleanup script aggressively deletes both the database record and the physical image file from our servers after 6 hours. Following this period, the shared link will permanently expire and the data is unrestorable.
Third-Party Services
The AI Detector processes data entirely using our proprietary local backend infrastructure. We do NOT rely on third-party APIs (such as OpenAI, Google Vision, or Azure) to run inference on your files. This ensures your potentially sensitive documents never leave our secure, containerized environment.
GDPR Statement
As we process your files ephemerally without attaching personally identifiable information (PII), the scope of GDPR compliance is strictly localized to the brief window of transit and processing. Since we do not deploy trackers, analytics cookies, or maintain user accounts, no long-term compliance requests (such as Right to be Forgotten) apply, as your data is already forgotten immediately.
